Policies and Terms & Conditions

SECTION 1: RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

  • Booking Requirements:

    • Reservations confirmed upon receipt of 50% down payment.

    • Full balance due at check-in (cash or bank transfer).

    • Walk-in guests accepted based on availability.

  • Advance Booking Timelines:

    • Standard rooms: book at least 3 days before check-in.

    • Large groups/events: minimum 2 weeks notice.

SECTION 2: CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-REFUND POLICY

  • No-Refund Policy:

    • All payments are non-refundable, including cancellations, no-shows, weather, emergencies, or force majeure (typhoon, travel bans, etc.).

  • Rescheduling:

    • Guests may reschedule once with no extra charge if done at least 72 hours before check-in.

    • Rescheduled bookings must be used within 3 months of original date.

    • Rates may vary depending on new booking date.

  • Late Reschedule Requests:

    • Requests made less than 72 hours before check-in may be denied or charged fees at management discretion.

  • No-Show:

    • Failure to arrive without prior notice will forfeit reservation and payments.

SECTION 3: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

  • Standard Times:

    • Check-in: 2:00 PM

    • Check-out: 12:00 NN

  • Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:

    • Subject to availability and management approval.

    • Fees apply depending on unit type:

  1. Couple Cabin

    • Early Check-In Fee / Late Check-Out Fee: ₱300

  2. Family Cabin

    • Early Check-In Fee / Late Check-Out Fee: ₱450

  3. Single Unit

    • Early Check-In Fee / Late Check-Out Fee: ₱650

  4. Duplex Unit

    • Early Check-In Fee / Late Check-Out Fee: ₱650

  5. Single Unit 1

    • Early Check-In Fee / Late Check-Out Fee: ₱600

  6. Single Unit 2

    • Early Check-In Fee / Late Check-Out Fee: ₱800

    • Unnotified late check-outs may incur automatic fees and inconvenience next guests.

    • Requests must be made 24 hours in advance; management may deny requests during full occupancy.

 

SECTION 4: GUEST CONDUCT & HOUSE RULES

  • Noise Policy:

    • Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No loud music, karaoke, or disruptive behavior after hours.

  • Alcohol Policy:

    • Responsible drinking allowed in designated areas only.

    • Aggressive or indecent behavior may lead to ejection without refund.

  • Smoking:

    • No smoking inside rooms. Designated smoking areas available.

    • ₱1,000 penalty for indoor smoking.

  • Vandalism:

    • Guests responsible for any damage or loss. Charges apply.

    • Legal action may be taken for intentional damage.

SECTION 5: ROOM & FACILITY USAGE

  • Occupancy:

    • Maximum occupants per room must be observed. Children 3 years and older count as one person.

    • Extra guests subject to ₱400/head/day charge if not declared.

  • Electrical Appliances:

    • Use of personal appliances (rice cookers, stoves, coffee makers, speakers, etc.) requires prior approval.

    • ₱100 per appliance per day charge applies.

    • No appliances emitting smoke, steam, or intense heat allowed inside rooms.

  • Housekeeping:

    • Available upon request only.

    • Linen and towel changes are done daily upon request.

  • Lost or Damaged Items:

    • Lost room key fee: ₱400

    • Lost towel fee: ₱400

    • Damage replacement costs apply.

SECTION 6: FACILITIES & AMENITIES

  • Swimming Pool:

    • Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

    • No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.

    • No running, diving, or horseplay. Proper swimwear required.

  • Recreational Equipment:

    • Kayaks and water bikes available for sign-out at front desk.

    • Loss or damage will incur replacement costs.

SECTION 7: FOOD, CORKAGE & COOKING

  • Outside Food and Drinks:

    • Allowed with corkage fees.
