SECTION 1: RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

1.1 Booking Requirements

  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% down payment.

  • Full balance must be paid upon check-in. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, QRPH, and credit cards (VISA, Euro/Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc.).

  • Walk-in guests are accommodated based on availability.

1.2 Advance Booking Timelines

  • For rooms: at least 3 days before check-in

  • For large groups or events: minimum of 2 weeks notice. 

SECTION 2: RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Payment and Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable but reservations may be rebooked.

2.2 Rescheduling Terms

  • Guest may reschedule their stay once, with no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the check-in date.

    • Rescheduled bookings must be used withing 3 months from the original date.

2.3 No-Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in automatic cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of any payments made.

SECTION 3: CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES

3.1 Standard Times

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: 12:00 Noon

3.2 Minimum Age

  • Minimum age to check-in is 18 years old.

3.3 Early/Late Arrival

  • Early check-in and late check-out fees apply as follows:

    • ₱200/hour for Standard Room, Single Unit, Poolside Room

    • ₱300/hour for Kubo, Penthouse, Multiplex Beach

    • ₱400/hour for Dormitory, Duplex, Greenhouse, Grayhouse, Multiplex Pool

  • 100% of the daily rate will be charged for extensions up to 6:00 PM.

SECTION 4: GUEST BEHAVIOR & HOUSE RULES

4.1 Children Policy

  • Children 9 years old and below stay free of charge for room accommodation.

4.2 Pets

  • Pets are allowed at the resort but are not permitted in the Restaurant and Pool Area.

4.3 Noise and Equipment

  • Use of the videoke machine is allowed until 10:00 PM only.

  • Events/Functions must end by 10:00 PM. Venue may still be used quietly with sound system off.

SECTION 5: ROOM & FACILITY USE

5.1 Occupancy

  • Maximum capacity rules apply per room type. Extra person/mattress charge: ₱400 per head per day.

5.2 Pool and Beach Hours

  • Swimming pool hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

  • Beach hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

5.3 Appliances & Electricity

  • No charge for laptop, mobile phone, hair dryer, and flat iron.

  • All other appliances are subject to a ₱100 per unit per day charge.

5.4 Lost Items

  • Lost room key: ₱400 per key

  • Lost towel: ₱400 per towel

 SECTION 6: FOOD, CORKAGE & BEVERAGE POLICY

6.1 Corkage Fees

  • Food: ₱30.00 per head per day

  • Beer: ₱200.00 per case

  • Local drinks: ₱200.00 per bottle

  • Imported drinks: ₱300.00 per bottle

 SECTION 7: EVENTS & LARGE GROUPS

  • Events such as weddings, birthdays, team buildings, etc. must be booked at least 1 month prior to the event date.

  • Contract, layout, and program outline required.

 SECTION 8: EMERGENCY & SAFETY

  • First Aid

    • Basic first aid kits are available at the front desk.

    • In case of injury, the guest will be taken to the nearest hospital for medical assistance.

  • Fire Safety

    • Fire extinguishers are placed in rooms and common areas.

  • Natural Disasters

    • In case of typhoon or earthquake, appropriate evacuation procedures will be implemented for everyone’s safety.

SECTION 9: LIABILITY

  • The resort is not responsible for:

    • Lost or damage of personal belonging or valuables. Guests are advised to secure their items at all times.

    • Injuries due to accidents or misuse of facilities.

    • Damages caused by acts of nature, civil disturbances, or unforeseen events.

SECTION 10: PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

  • We adhere to Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privary Act of 2012.

  • Guests’ details are used solely for operational and legal compliance.

  • No data will be shared without consent.

SECTION 11: ACCEPTANCE

By confirming a reservation and entering the resort, guests agree to abide by all resort policies, terms, and any additional instructions from resort staff.

      • Food & drinks: ₱30 per head

      • Beer: ₱200 per case

      • Local drinks: ₱200 per bottle

      • Imported drinks: ₱300 per bottle

  • Cooking:

    • Grilling allowed only in designated BBQ areas.

    • Cooking inside rooms strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8: EVENTS & LARGE GROUPS

  • Prior Coordination:

    • Must register events (weddings, team building, etc.) at least 2 weeks in advance.

    • Submission of contract, layout, and program required.

  • Sound Equipment:

    • Allowed until 10:00 PM; extensions require approval and fees.

    • No generators or lighting rigs without written consent.

  • Staff & Vendors:

    • All third-party service providers must be registered and comply with resort policies.

SECTION 9: EMERGENCY & SAFETY

  • First Aid:

    • Basic first aid kits available at front desk.

    • Nearest clinic/hospital will be contacted in case of injury.

  • Fire Safety:

    • Fire extinguishers installed in rooms and common areas.

    • Tampering incurs ₱5,000 penalty.

  • Natural Disasters:

    • Emergency alarms and evacuation procedures will be activated during typhoons or earthquakes.

    • Swimming prohibited during red flag days.

SECTION 10: PET POLICY

  • Maximum of two (2) pets per room.

  • Owners must clean up after pets and ensure they do not disturb other guests.

SECTION 11: LIABILITY & WAIVER

  • Resort not responsible for lost/stolen items (guests advised to use safe deposit).

  • Not liable for injuries due to accidents or facility misuse.

  • Not responsible for damages from natural disasters, civil unrest, or unforeseen events.

SECTION 12: PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

  • Compliance with RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

  • Guest data used solely for operational and legal purposes.

  • Data not shared without guest consent.

SECTION 13: ACCEPTANCE

  • By booking and entering the property, guests agree to comply with all policies and staff instructions.
